Moster's yearning for romance

The monster in the book Frankenstein has no one to share companionship with. We longs to be wanted and loved by someone. He meets a family that he falls in love with and creates an imaginary friendship from a distance. People quickly judge him by his appearance with out even trying to understand this kind and lonely being. On his way through the woods he runs into a boy who he wants to kidnap and teach him to be his companion. He believes because the boy is so young he would lack the prejudge and hate that the older people (who are set in their ways) have towards him. While trying to capture the boy he discovers that he is a kin to Frankenstein, and horror comes into play when the boy is killed. The monster placed his hand on the boys throat to quite him and instantly the boy died. When he seen what he did he was overwhelmed with happiness because he now knew he was capable of creating both pain and havoc that he too felt. I believe that though the monster had an appearance of a monster he was a kind being. The world and and his realization of how people acted caused him to take on the personality trait of a monster. His now learned emotions and feelings caused him to want to create disaster for others.
